What we collect and why

We do not ask for passports, ID documents or card numbers in our forms.
Who receives it
- The drivers, guides or suppliers who carry out the services you approve — only the details they need.
- Our technical providers (hosting and, when configured, email delivery), under data-processing agreements.
- Public authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and we do not send it to advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become a booking: up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Bookings and their accounting records: for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@devbms.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
