Terms of service
The short version — a request is not a booking; a booking exists only when you approve a written proposal.
Our registered company details (tax ID and registered address) are being completed and will be published on this page. Questions meanwhile: info@devbms.com
Who we are

Requests
Sending a form on this site does not create a booking or any obligation to pay. It asks us to check availability and prepare a proposal. We may decline a request we cannot serve properly.
Proposals
A proposal states the services, dates, times, price in euros, what is included and excluded, payment terms, its validity date and the cancellation terms. It is personal to you and reached through a private link.
Bookings
When you approve a proposal before its validity date, it becomes a booking under exactly the terms shown in that proposal. We then confirm the resources (vehicle, driver or guide) and send your private trip page. If, after your approval, we cannot confirm a service, we tell you promptly and do not charge for that service.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Payment method and deadlines are those stated in your proposal. Card payments, when available, are processed by a certified payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Changes and cancellations
Your booking keeps the cancellation terms you approved; later changes to our policies do not apply to it. Ask for changes from your trip page; changes depend on availability and may change the price, always with your agreement.
Your part
Please give accurate details (flights, number of travellers, children's ages, luggage, special needs) and be at the meeting point at the agreed time. Entrance rules, dress codes and opening times of monuments are set by each venue.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution information.
